  1. DAMN IT… FB LOCKED ME OUT FOR LIFE ABOUT A YEAR AGO… A FEW MONTHS AGO, I GOT A VPN… I GOT BACK ON FB… ITS BEEN GREAT RECONNECTING WITH ALL MY FRIENDS. LAST NIGHT, I TURNED HE VPN OFF TO DOWNLOAD SOMTHING, I FORGOT TO TURN IT BACK ON… I WENT ON FB, I WAS ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES… THEY LOCKED ME UP!!! UNREAL… ALL BECAUSE IM A CONSERVATIVE!!!

  5. Heh if you're in the US most of your ISPs will do will is throttle your connection. ISPs generally don't care what you do online until it causes them extra paper work, or a third party complains, or from a warrant from law enforcement. If you're streaming you're fine no one is going to care simply viewing it may cause your ISP to take notice.. If you're going to download a movie yes I would consider a VPN if it's via a torrent. If you are using a direct download site from mega 1ficher 2ddl etc you're fine your ISP will only see you're on that website but they can take a pretty good guess you're downloading something but they can't see what exactly you're downloading only the file size and web server you accessed.
