perhaps all the popup fixes under an animations toggle somwhere because the default popup lockdown does actually force new phone users to adress those problems where as experienced iphone people know what is and isnt important
one thing i somewhat miss from Android is when system updates came, they always included new wallpapers and with IOS, it doesnt seem to be that way. no biggie, because I found a link i can use to get every wallpaper that Apple has put out, but it would still be neat to see some new ones in there. regarding bugs on the IOS 13.3.1 Public Beta 2, ive not have had any issues at all
I have the iPhone 6s and when I press the home button while I’m in a call it minimizes it and the call screen disappears appearing a green bar at the top only.

Siri taking over the whole screen is the worst. At least in CarPlay it's semi transparent..usually.

something I want is when you hide a photo I don't want to be able to view the photo I hid in the all photos view there should be a little tiny button that says view hidden photos
I agree with the siri thing it used to be that way on the iPad but when iOS 7 came out it took up the whole screen on iOS 6 it took up a small portion

iPadOS needs the ‘slide over’ to become ‘slide around’ with multiple, also we need the option to have three 1/3 screen options in landscape, not just a 2/3 and 1/3.

Hi there i need to ask for your expert opinion on something.i have IOS 13 on both devices…but on my iPad pro when i launch the voice memo app i can see colors from the wallpaper in the sides! Is that normal or is it a IOS bug or is something wrong with the screen? Thank you
Make Siri on the bottom when your on the home screen where the quick apps are and make it flip around and have the Siri listening colors
