  3. Im personally glad that Cynthia Erivo didnt win for that travesty of history (and Im being nice) to which she lent her bodily presence. Awful movie. Erivo garnered the shame and resentment of her Afro American community for her Conservative views / lack of Black political consciousness.

Saw Bombshell today and have to admit its a dazzling movie, love the performance of Charlize Theron and am now wandering if Renee will be this years Glenn Close….the movie came out a long time ago and will it be able to gather support from younger voters who would even know who Judy garland was…….

  35. People trash on Twilight, but now Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are possible Oscar nominees. People who say Twilight is bad haven't seen truly bad movies. It could have been so much worse with bad actors.

  45. The most absurd in this season of film awards is to have JLo nominated as best supporting actress for her performance in Hustlers. Did she pay to get this nomination?
