every1 thinks they are hardcore, i have holy priest i could not get into any mythic plus groups at all, even very low keys, took me a very long time to find a group of people to run them with.

Feral needs an ability rotation that's absolute bonkers to maintain. Or at least give the spec more general utility (like treants) to make it more useful. But even with Boomkin they can off-heal if needed and because of the stat weights will heal more than the feral. So maybe feral can off-tank as a parallel?
Damn…I didn't see the video yet and I am wondering if "Nerf Starfall!!!" is meant serious or not lmao. I mean lets be honest: Starfall is not good(I used to play Boomie but went to my Rogue and Mage while my Druid is still sitting on BoD Gear.

i love feral so much more than balance, last expansion is when i only played feral up until antorus came out then i couldn't find a group as feral, and was forced to balance. I was so annoyed with being rejected from groups that i finally just said "fuck it" and switched.
"depending on the player outlaw and feral dmg is very similar" – this is only true with an average rogue and an amazing cat lmao kitty is 10x harder to do.

I am sure you know this but at the beginning of 8.2.5 PTR blizzard did give feral druids Conflict and Strife essence Leader of the pack but removed it "saying it was too strong". or some crap like that
feral doesnt need a buff but more utility and a better cd then berserk
had quite the discussion in my guild why I want to reroll from boomie to cat. well easy. not a mindless rotation and the challenge. every1 can perform good with a dh or warri or mage. but maybe not. as a assasination rouge or cat
Feral needs primal wrath baseline. Having to spec into AoE rip is really annoying when it's almost useless single target.
Feral can be actually fun but you must not use Bloodtaloons

havent played for a year now because the community perspective was really bad, because some ferals were bad and so everyone thinks ferals are bad. It also doesnt help that people come out with vids saying that rogue should be chosen over ferals even though they say that it only applies to the diehard gamers. In the future they should say it with a big alarm that it only applies if you do mythic raid world first.
Edit: also I would play WoW again if they bring back MoP feral back, the talents; rotation; spells. That one was fun.
The WoW community, at large, has never been particularly keen on nuance or perspective and this is not likely to change in 8.3. You'll see Mythic+ groups doing a +11 refusing to take an i440 feral because "feral sucks" and taking an i420 fire mage instead, which ends up doing half the damage the feral would have done. Unfortunately, people are obsessed with the "meta" that they see on Twitch and Youtube and equally obsessed with having runs be as "easy" as possible. If you're running with a consistent group of RL friends or guildmates then sure, Feral is absolutely fine for M+, especially if you're rocking an off-meta healer like a Rshaman or Disc priest. But Feral would have to be *monstrously overpowered* and featured at every MDI for the community to change their stance on the spec.
Great video, good info, and valuable insight. But you need to remember the average WoW player has a 3rd grade reading level and the community perspective on historically mediocre specs is not going to change with a patch.
Is feral better for fortified weeks or tyranicals?
I agree with the new awakening affix being out, having a rogue is not as necessary now hopefully which will open the 3rd DPS slot for more Ferals. I just dusted off my feral for the start of 8.3 hoping to roll him through this patch kinda excited to be back playing feral it’s one of my favorite specs in game! Grate content keep up the awesome videos!

Why on https://www.wowhead.com/feral-druid-gear-guide it shows as top dps the Psyche Shredder as top trink? even though it has int as main stat?
