  4. Yeahh…defienitely bollywood is a full copy of hollywood…every movie is a copy…sometime the theme is copied or sometime the whole story..but the old movies were good…

  7. Can't agree more….this video is perfect….gully boy was good …but it definitely wasn't worthy as the others like 1.Tumbadd which had an amazing cinematography,plot and production design
    2.Super deluxe brought out the art of layered story telling.It explained what life practically is…..such a complex thought handled brilliantly.. .(can't agree more that it should have been the choice of the year)
    3.Peranbu- It was mere reality….just mere reality of how difficult life is at times..
    Though I have not seen the others like kumblangi nights and the other movies mentioned here ..I have seen these 3 great movies and gully boy also…seriously????….y gully boy ….why???

  13. We had Unda Malayalam film which was so very deserving film. But our biased board has its own agenda. High time we bought accountability to film board. Even Article 275, Atricle 15, were best.

  14. Haaah parasite more than deserved to win the Oscars not because it's Asian and I am biased but the social message it delivered is totally relevant in today's time and society…. Where someone sends their shit down the gutter and others clean it up for them,,,, humans have made cockroaches and scavengers out of other fellow humans… Don't even get me started on the message gangs of wasseypur would've sent.. gangs of wasseypur would have been a disaster…. The day Indians/India start creating a political climate(award wapsee) favorable for free thinker and artists we will get there… Slumdog millionaire was one such film that was relevant for Oscars… Newton was also good but the masala they added in the film ruined it absolutely… Also if we look at Oscar trend films that addresses real humanitarian crisis are the ones that have won….

    Because it's easy for them to do things this way
    Don't need any complex story like inception or interstellar
    It's always like – hero that save heroin end of story
    They also use theirs power to ban movies for outside just take anime the their gonna ban doraemon
    A anime that let our children inspire gadgets and cool stuff
    Instead of that there will be Motu patlu nothing but only samosa will be stuff in children's mind

  23. South Indian makes one of the best movies which have better chances of winning the Oscars. why can't they send the south Indian movies…

  24. The award doesn't qualify you, it is just a mere milestone which showed how far you got ! They still have a chance to produce more good movies !
