  10. Actually, it is a plot to make the Oscar look like an international award for best films and all, and think they are the most prestigious award nominator out there. Basically how Nobel Prize became.

    Yeah assumptions and all, but i expect throwing rocks at me after this

  16. It is amazing to me how many people “claim” to love movies and acting and yet they don’t bother watch a single movie with subtitles. Do you know how many masterpieces are out there every year that you are missing out on. And just as bad is the response of so many people in these entertainment shows when they’re asked about this movie, which is “oh I haven’t seen it yet”, I guess they were busy watching the latest episode of the Kardashians. These are the same people who would later say “oh I think it won for inclusion”

  20. The guy on screen left has no excuse whatsoever not having seen Parasite yet. And he's the co-host of an entertainment/movie show? –No excuse at all.

  21. Anybody who has decent intelligence who also watched the movie should know that Parasite is indeed THE film of the year.

  22. I remember that my friend loved this movie way before the Oscars, she has been talking about it for at least 2 months and telling me that I should watch it. I wasn't too much into it, I didn't expect much from it and I didn't have any motivation to watch it. Still I decided to give it a chance since my friend loved it so much and I knew that she was dying to comment it with someone, when I heard that it won an Oscar I thought "It may be better than I think". Two days ago I just saw this amazing movie and I was IN SHOCK. I FREAKING LOVED IT. IT'S A FUCKING MASTERPIECE AND DESERVED EVERY FUCKING OSCAR IT GOT.

    I didn't expect to like it at all, my brain was like?.

    It's even better when you studied the second industrial revolution and you know the changes it had in society. How bourgeoisie power drastically increased and with it the appearance of new social class, the proletariat, which caused the establishment of the capitalism. How this two different classes had to live; the first one, full with luxury and the second one, buried in misery. How that situation led to rebellion, ETC, ETC.

    [This is not in the movie and at the same time it is, in my opinion the plot is a big metaphor that addresses this situation, and at the same time it shows you the differences between the rich and the poor in the XXI century].
    I'm not going to say more, just watch it and take your own conclusions.

    I loved all the metaphors. it's amazing. This movie went to the top of my favourite movies ever.

  26. Worst Oscar movie ever. Although the actors were good, but the story is Illogical. Next year the winner could be a jumping ghost movie from China.

  28. Just finished watching it. I thought it was a zombie kinda movie but it turns out it was a psychological and dark movie ? yeah it's oscar winning movie
