  14. Controversial opinion: I think Elton's voice has gotten BETTER with age. sure he can't hit the notes he used to. but it's given him this heft and growl that sound really powerful.

  24. Great background voices. I wonder the process of selecting must be crazy. Sometimes, easier to sing and perform as singles other than becoming a star's background vocal

  27. I know most people are upset about Taron not getting a nomination and I do agree with that, but I think the REAL tragedy is no nomination for best costume design. Julian Day put such a ridiculous amount of love and time into every single piece of the wardrobe and not a single piece of it was even a DIRECT copy of what Elton wore. Just similar and carrying on the spirit of the original outfits. The angel/devil costume alone was magnificent and a complete invention. It just boggles my damn mind.
