So what you're saying is that the only reason to buy a new model switch is if you want a better screen and better battery?

Cause some dude in bestbuy was telling me some games would brick a gen 1 switch and I'm concerned about that,and was wondering if you could help on this by giving me your input on this

Load speeds have little to do with the processor and lots to do with your storage.. if you want to test the processor see if they have better framerates. I doubt it as likely the frame rates are locked but you might see less dropped frames in games like zelda

I got a switch launch day soooo I may need to buy a new one soon cause I noticed mine has the og dock that ends up scratching the screen and I've had to get a new set of joy cons as I've worn those down over time

Thank god I bought the Switch Lite. The Animal Crossing switch is coming out soon too. Debating if I should get the AC one or the gray one ?

Nintendo's quality control of displays is basically non-existent so I wouldn't take the differences as something that's been improved with new red box version. Just check Erica Griffin's New 2DS/3DS XL videos/comparisons. She's got like 5 of those and every single fucking one has different screen. Different white balance, different brightness. It's quite jarring.
