Mine kept failing until I realized it was probably because of the usb c cable. Main issue is I have access to a old glitchy 2009 MacBook Pro that needs to be downgraded back to high Sierra or a 2019 MacBook Pro that has no USB A ports. Makes me think about waiting for that windows copy before messing with the Mac anymore lol.
