I think you guys are getting it mixed up with Wes Anderson, he is not doing the same thing over and over again. That is his style, it is obviously more in your face than other directors.
I really liked isle of dogs and I was able to feel for the dogs and the kid.
Welcome to the new decade
I would bet my life on "The French Dispatch" to get nominated.
My Favorites by now: Mank and The French Dispatch. I loved the Color and the Cinematography of The French Dispatch Trailer. I think it will be a tough race between them. I also love what I’ve heard of Mank. It’s gonna be an exciting Oscars.
If Annette gets nominated for best picture I will never stop talking about it
For Nightmare Alley, I think judging by the attire, I think best costume design may be a possibility.
Another oscar so white!!! Lmao
When I first saw set photos of Nightmare Alley, I thought it was Carol sequel
Subtitles in english please for understand everything
Nightmare Alley officially got pushed to 2021 🙁
Mark my words, A24's "THE HUMANS" is getting nominated next year.
Hard to enjoy this video when I haven't seen any of the films you're referring to.
The trial of Chicago is surely gonna win best screenplay
I think that Michelle Williams starrer about the Columbia shuttle diasaster " Challenger" might be a surprise underdog this year, if it's released in 2020. There are a alot of unknowns about this one but I have a feeling !
Hey, thanks for the vid. Can u write the already announced released dates or predicted release dates, at least of your top ten.
Pixar's "Soul" will win best animated feature. And could be nominated for best picture.
You guys just got a new subscriber ?
I hope The French Dispatch doesn't feel like Grand Budapest 2.0, and I hope Tenet has as creative a storyline as Inception and Interstellar or else it will feel forced.
Oscar for Glenn Close…
Indeed, Annette, sounds very badass!
And the winner Oscars 2021 BEST ANIMATED FEATURE FILM is…….
Here's the thing to know about the Oscars: If the genre doesn't fall within the range of so-called "Oscar bait" movies, the movie would have to be all-capitals GREAT in order to get some Oscar play. e.g. "Mad Max: Fury Road", "Parasite", etc. A typical Oscar bait movie made by filmmakers and actors they already like would just have to be good to get a nomination.
I’m looking forward to owning a third leg
If I were to make a "hail mary" pick, it would be Mulan. Because that trailer looks incredible.
The two films that I feel which you missed were: – The Devil All the Time – Macbeth… shocked you didn't mention Macbeth.
I honestly believe In The Heights will have a better chance than West Side Story.
Waiting for "Blonde"
The movie has not come out yet and the score has not come out either, but if William Tyler is not nominated and does not win Best Original Score for the movie "First Cow" that would be a huge shame. His music is amazing. At only the age of 40, he has already solidified himself as a master of the guitar. Also A24 should campaign for Best Cinematography for Christopher Blauvelt, Best Adapted Screenplay for Kelly Reichardt and Jonathan Raymond, based on Jonathan Raymond's book The Half-Life: A Novel, Best Director for Kelly Reichardt, Best Supporting Actor for Orion Lee and Best Leading Actor for John Margo
I can't wait for dune but it's science fiction which worries me in terms of Oscars genre movies don't get awards apart from tech. But I would love for a chamlet nomination because I'm always rooting for him I think he's the best actor of his generation.
Whatever will be the next best picture as long as Glenn Close and Amy Adams will win in acting category I'm ok…I'm dying to see both of them winning especially close…I'm just wondering who's campaigning for lead role?
