1. Can you use positive triggers in order to stop dissociating? I mean, if Kyle reaaaally wants to control the body, but is dissociating, does playing pompeii help?

When you've said that there is 1 to 3% of people suffering with this. I joked with a friend that I've had X girlfriend's with it. That in turn made me think of a specific X that I was with many years ago. WOW realized that she definitely had DID. I hope she's ok. Haven't spoken to her in year's. She's married to someone and living in America. I'm the other side of the planet with my own life and family. Over 20years have past. Question who would call her to see how's she doing and tell her you think she has DID. None of my business really. But if she is still suffering not knowing. To wired to contact her now?????
