Here are the 3 files you need to copy in the game´s Bin Folder. codex.CFG and TS4_x64.exe are working fine but always when I start the game the OrangeEmu64.dll File disappears out of the game bin folder with no reason. Then a system error occurs that says OrangeEmu64.DLL can´t be found.
