4. My favorite is when you call customer service and try explaining that you need UPLOAD speed for STREAMING and the only response you get is, "Sir can you tell me what video you are trying to stream? A YouTube Video? Netflix? What are you trying to watch?"

8. Pleeeease help, my download speed is 40mbps but my upload is as high as 2mbps. I've tried troubleshooting this for a while but I should be getting at least 10, right? I'm using a wired connection also. I was just wondering if there was a certain setting or something that could at least up my speed a little bit.
