i feel like you have no idea, what you´re talking about.. it´s like, while you´re making the video, looking down to your smartphone, to read off..
I dont know who this man is and really dont care about channel either. But this one particular video of theirs is legit. All the shitty similar ones that claim to make your firefox fast are crap. I have tried suggestions mentioned here multiple time (reinstalled firefox couple of times) and it works like magic, each time. Whether you guys wanna try it or not is absolutely your call, but i surely will definitly vouch for it. Videos still stutter at 1080 fp 60, if only you could help in fixing that too.
I did every step in the video, but Firefox startup didn't budge from its 2'15". I also tried not using my Symbaloo launcher, or using Pocket or nothing, but no difference! I tried using Edge, which was faster at starting up, but much slower accessing different sites. Guess I'll have to slow down and practice patience in the new year!
Opera the way to faster. … I alsoo would Like my firefox like opera.

Lol my content processes are 8 by default. And also Nice video it really helped me my download went from freaking 1hr to like 20 minutes.
Why would refresh firefox when it says this will restore your settings so default? lol

for some reason the youtube in my chrome loads the thumbnails slow sometimes so I decided to switch to firefox quantum
and I am not disappointed it made my youtube and other sites faster but my only problem is that it doesn't show a preview
of the video when i hover over a youtube video but chrome does
