#千兆#互联网。
Untill 2015 my internet connection was 512Kbps but now its 100Mbps
Gigabit internet is for people that really need it, most of the US guys that show off their gigabit connections and home networks (I don't know why they even have it) is because they are providing internet to their neighbors or providing self-employed professional services as an engineer, or YouTubers and their 4K videos. Otherwise is just consumerism as usual in USA. I have seen US guys having switches, routers and a lot of shit for just a collection of porn, and according to several professionals from US: people just get absurd monthly bills for nothing to use on due to the consumerism and the US way of thinking: I want more for nothing specific.
I have a gigbit connection in LATAM (3rd world as some people think is) but I stop using the service due that it was just as ThioJoe was saying, paying $500 bill every month for Netflix, Games and nothing more is like, wasting money.
1 Gbps isn't even that amazing anymore. I never said it isn't incredible to have. I really want 2.5 Gbps for massive downloads I do. Oh, and yes, I do stream YouTube in 8k; I realize in very much in the minority though.
i live in the country side and i rely on my data since my wifi cant even handle netflix so sadly i cant game ??SOMEONE HELP
Me watching this in 2030… 8k lol Im on 256k
It’s all about the bottleneck mostly. Do you have a shit ton of people living in your house ? 10 people with heavy network usage ? 1000 Mbps decided by 10 devices downloading / uploading torrents, watch 4K streams and video chat with dirty women ? Got kids who use google home mini to watch YouTube or Netflix Hulu or any other streams ? Bigger bandwidth for multi users worth every bit of it. If you live alone and don’t have visitors ? Pay your 20 bucks a month for your single person bandwidth.
i have gigabit internet and it doesnt do what it says it will do.
my 4G connection is 125 Mbps, my broadband is 25Mbps
i went from 2mbs to 1gbs
before watching this vid and i regret nothing
I need gigabit internet so I can upload huge 4k video files
I torrent.
Using 100 5 people in home only use 100 works great. Love the savings
I have gigabit internet and needed it for when I remote into my server through remote desktop services before I had gigabit there were a delay and some times it would disconnect and that was with a 300mbps now with 1gbps I don't have that issue any more
try out his battery hack with router and modem
Only reason Im getting gigabit internet is because im pretty much paying the same price for 300Mb for 20$ more i get 1Gb internet Like…WHAT!? Im getting almost 60% Download increase for 20 more $$$. Ive been duped and Im going to max the junk out of this internet company for playing me like this! Downloads all day, all night, streaming on every device in the house! Because forget you money-hungry internet companies! Im going to download a game rage quit uninstall and redownload it just to maximize the download capabilities!
“Have to wait one hour that sucks” I wait 2 days on ADSL 2+ in Australia
It makes me feel good… and that's the best thing about Gigabit Internet.
useful video though.
I’m moving and I’m going from 7Mbps to 1Gbps Internet and I’m usually the only one that uses it but when anyone else got on I would lag hella but I don’t think I need gigabit internet
Nobody:
Me:
*Me using up 1 gigabit in one day*
I have 300mbps, and honestly it’s pretty overkill.
Mean while I get 300 mbps instead of 1 gb bs
my family pays $40 per month for gigabit internet
Hey ? I work at spectrum and Im proud to say were the biggest internet provider in the United States.
15.5 kbps.
If you change the advanced settings in isp modem is good with 50 mbps and 5 devices in houses
Wouldn’t gigabit speeds be beyond what the average consumer has in their comp? As far as write speeds are concerned. Assuming most are still mechanical
