it's not working for 3.5.5 version build 45574. I have 20 Mbps, normally I download file up to 2300kB/s but after apply this setting it's still under 200kB/s
From South Korea before the stting i was a 300kb/s after i'm around 20MBPS

Im downloading using my Mobile data through USB tethering, the speed on mobiles shows up to to 2mbps and speed on uTorrent is half of that, this is my data is getting more consumed compared to what's been downloaded

I was trying to solve my problem from other videos and it went from around 120kb-200kb to 30kb-20kb but now it sometimes goes up to 600kb-800kb then it drops to 15kb what should I do about it?
