Dex Star–you will never build up any roll speed with so much motion. You have to use LESS motion, LESS wrist, and much LESS stick height. Play a roll with 32nd notes at 132 for 16 counts. It's not even possible when you are lifting the sticks at your ears… For what it is worth, I have seen you play set, and you have a good sound.

I appreciate your Will to help us but your doublle stroke roll isn't clean in the first place, so you can not teach us how to have a good doublle stroke roll.

See how the power outlet is at a crazy angle. That held back my powerdiddles for 7-1/2 years. Then i got parole and drumming improved.

You just unlocked my brain by saying " There is probably something interfering" Thank you so much! The fingers on my weak hand were kind of holding the stick from freely rebounding.
