at 3:36 on and around arturs right ear, there were the scars/marks or whatever that bloodhound had when they were surrounded by the coolant, so that means artur must have come into contact with the coolant sometime in the past, possibly reinforcing the idea that maybe he helped build the big tower in epicentre that exploded as it was filled with the coolant, either that or it happened when the tower exploded.
