12. I could not for the life of me figure out why my PS3 wasn't detecting the firmware file. Then I randomly decided to change its gibberish ferrox.pup name to PS3UPDAT.PUP and it worked like a charm. Took like 30 initialization failures though before I even got to that point lmao.
