  1. Passive: connects nearest teammate and give both you movement speed

    S1: silence dot damage/ the second stage is a knockup stun, Allies that walk over it gain movement speed.

    S2: open a portal to base, after 4 seconds they are teleported to the base, fully healed and gain movement speed. Leveling this skill increase the movement speed buff, doesnt reduce cooldown.

    Ult: deals damage when opening the portal, allies can choose to teleport to the circle in 8 seconds; allies inside it gain atk speed.

    I think ult animations will be enhanced, like how When Zip eats you your screen turn orange, something similar will happen with Rouie ult and there should be an effect when you teleport to the circle
