    The film was originally going to be made by Sony, and I bet they would have made a design exactly like that, and release the film as it is, just like the Smurf’s. Sonic would look like a 3 foot tall hairy smurf, and not the cute cartoony smurfs either, the live action ones.

22. Extremely unpopular opinion but i liked the old design in some scenes, every scene in this trailer except the scene in the shack, and the whole highway scene. Other than that i thought he looked cute, obviously nothing in this trailer is as good as the actual movie's design but i would not have minded if they just tweaked some of those scenes i talked about. Also can we get a release the snyder cut but instead with this original movie?
