I found the build number, tapped on it until it counted down how "many steps to become a developer", but when that count down ended, it asked me to enter a 4digit pin number. I guess this option is not for me ?

This is actually the best video I could find. If someone finds a different one that makes it even better, please let me know. However, it seems after an update, it puts the settings back, so I had to go back and redo this stuff.
