Would have been good to know/alert that clearing the cache will also send Mac Mail into a days/weeks long rebuild as that program apparently caches all the emails. *sigh*

system prefrences takes atleast 40 seconds for it to open and 20+ for it to actually work…. on my mac

Removing unused Apps does nothing. macOS is NOT Windows!

Number 1 tip: Make sure your hard drive has at least 15-20% free space.

Number 2: Use a SSD or Fusion Drive as your boot drive.

Number 3: Maximise your RAM.
