12. I keep getting the unable to complete due to low memory when I try to attach a picture in twitter. My Andriod Z981 is up to date. Has half the memory available. Don't keep activities in the Apps section of Developer option is not checked. Logger buffer sizes are set 256K.

34. In the developer options there is an inactive apps setting in which you can select and see all apps that are inactive and if the app is active you can toggle it to change it from active to inactive however there are some apps that won't let me? Why?
