It's literally as simple as pausing the download for 10 seconds and then resuming. If that does not work, then have your PS4 in rest-mode and that will speed things up.

I've got a White PS4 PRO with a SSD installed, still having extremely long copy times, also have the original PRO standard without SSD upgrade and they both copy at pretty much the same speeds.
