   Google doesn't have a data center in Santa Clara and 130ms ping. Data is slower over long distances. You only have Google with 1 vCPU which limits to 1Gbps. All Google IP addresses routes to California but there data centers are not there.

   You have Microsoft plan hosted in Singapore, because Microsoft doesn't not mask IP address locations, speed test.net automatically selects fastest servers nearby. And you deployed a 10Gbps plan on Microsoft Azure.
