fyi you probably shouldn’t reset the nbn box, it won’t help and it’ll probably wipe the settings and youll need to call the isp and reconfigure it
thanks heaps
Thanks mate
CMD run as administrator in the command prompt type "IpConfig /flushdns" flushes the DNS resolver cache can help with speed issues as well!
Yikes, the first thing you recommend is factory resetting your modem/router?
No. That's not a good idea, unless you know exactly how to reconfigure it.
Click like if you're an IT guy and your customer followed this video and reset their router, but didn't know their username or password.
I just moved house. Going from cable ADSL Optus to NBN TPG. My download speed sucks balls now, and I thought it was fairly lame before. Getting 1.4 mb/s actual download speed on NBN, and speed test = 10/1. This is after juicing up all my settings and lifting it from a lousy 0.4 mb/s. I have tried both ethernet and wifi, 2.4 and 5g, same results.
On cable I was often hitting anywhere from 1.5 to 3 mb/s. Forget the speed test but it was probably around 30 down.
If you need to hard reset your modem then it's probably faulty
Actually. You can reset it without the need to call. Just pull out the power. Turn it off and on. Simple.
Mine just never works nbn sucks
Anything better than my 0.24mbps download on ADSL2+ lmao. I’m getting HFC nbn which hopefully will be a bit faster ?
What if you don’t have NBN??? 🙁
i get 20mbps not happy
Imagine how long it took him to upload this video

You have a FTTP NBN setup yet you haven't upgraded to the 100/40 mbs plan… Seems like wasted potential to me.
