17. Not working, using qbittorrent and download always goes after 30 seconds on 11kbs… don´t know what to do anymore I tried everything and I have good internet.

19. I don't know what to make up of my slow speed
    Before I had a Win7 32bit with Torent 3.X.X, and it was working at 9MBytes/s. Any movies I downloaded didn't take more than few min. Replaced my Win7 with Windows 10 and installed Torent 4.2.1 and now my speed is 7KiB/s? I don't see it going more than 7.9KiB/s
    I added all the tracker you mentioned, almost half of them says Not working in the status

34. What I dont get is 1.3mib still seems slow I get typical evening speeds of approximately 33mbps it does not seem to be utilising full speed or am I reading this wrong? Everything else is fast streaming alexa etc but downloads are average
