如何安装？

Cannot start cydiaimpactor keep getting different errors latest one is “you already have a current ios development certificate or a pending certificate request” doesn't make any sense. This jailbreak so complicated cannot get it to work 🙁

After the Phoenix app is installed, I went Settings->General, but there is no "Device Management" option, the profile is not installed for some reason. Any idea?
