the files on your video show up in downloads as zipped compressed folders however when you download them they are winrar files ……………?

Can't do any of this. my Phone/friend (1 year old Galaxy 3) can't connect to laptop. all other galaxy 3 do connect to laptop. It was unlocked from (Telus) the day it was purchased and went to a friend in the Philippine. Now, The phone is back in Canada with my friend. It says it has all the updates but when you put 2 Galaxy 3 side by side, there is a big difference in the menu…. the other have more choices and looks a little different, Keys on laptop are installed and work with all Galaxy 3 except mine/my friend. I'm guessing it's because it was unlocked before and kies and laptop connection was ever made. It works, connect with internet, calls etc… but unable to do the updates to look like the other phones or connect to any laptop or computer. It says that an update is available for kies 2.6 to kies 3.0. When doing so it says that kies 3.0 isn't supported for this device. (vicious circle).
Phone drivers are installed properly on laptop and show as ok in Device Manager and makes the sound when new device is connected but not showing at all under "My Computer". But it does work properly with other Galaxy 3 phones. What should I do? Can a Jailbreak be reversed? Should I do a full OS re-install back to Original and doing so, will jailbreak be erased?
I've attempted this root process twice and for some reason when I restart into recovery mode my sd cards wont mount.Any ideas ? I'm T-Mobile Galaxy S III. The process seems to be working great if I could just load the zip !!

This isn't working the 4.3 android
I dont see the tar file in ANY .zip
When I try to click install from sdcard, it says "can't mount"
my superuser keeps saying it has stopped every time i try to open it. and i dont have root access
my sprint phone is off so how can i change from sprint to boost moble or a att phone and keep my number from sprint on the phone thats been turn off?
it says superuser has stopped now what? if you could get back to me please
