Can someone please pm me, HTC EVOLTE, running hboot 2.09, htcdev unlocked, meanbean rom 3.16.651, I WANT S-OFF. I do not know how to use Ubuntu and actually and am afraid to. I am using a Windows 8 laptop, tried rumrunner, moonshine, etc. NONE of these methods are working!! I want to fully reset my phone back to stock. Well, at least just put stock sprint software back on it and if i can put the latest 4.3 updates on it.

Hey ive been trying to get this to work for me but for some reason, it doesn't. Pretty much on the first step where your phone is to reboot, well mine doesn't, I've tried alot of different things to get it to work, nothen works. any tips?
im pretty sure i did everything right so after having the thing get the token from the htc dev i got an error saying failed………………most likey a problem with the htcdev site and on the mod tool it says retriving unlock code.bin ERROR so yeah please help ASAP
people i used this just a week ago. Make sure you have the file ANDROIDLIB downloaded. it help your phone communicate with your computer better.
You keep saying PC…. how do I do it on a mac?
Everything works until after it sends the token then it wont get the unlock_code.bin from my gmail. Do you possibly know the cause?

no. the developer of this process is even haveing problems. check the XDA forums.
that should be recovery. im not a exspert im just trying to help people out seem how this guy isnt responding to everyone but still has told people yes it works.
Try redownloading regawmod
I've done everything as described but the Regawmod program freezes at "Rebooting to bootloader…. DONE"
The program goes into "Not Responding" and whites out if I try to click on it.
mine didnt take me into twarp. it just shows a picture of a phone with a triangle and an exclamation mark! please help me!
