  1. Green matcha powder can and should be added to all of them it's great it's way better than regular green tea I add to everything and some ginger and cinnamon but I've lost 120lbs last 5 months but no sweets but I use raw honey no bread just healthy and I eat 1 time a day

  3. ? I tried the lemon and Chia Seed water drink. It was refreshing and tasty! I also tried the favorite of mine grapefruit with pineapple and raspberries!

  4. All the drinks sound super, I am going to try the Green Tea with Honey and a pinch of Cayenne Pepper and a Tablespoon of cinnamon. Actually seems like much cinnamon, but I am going to test it to see. I do use cinnamon spice in many foods and I don't like getting too much when drinking it because it can hurt my throat.

  5. I make a smoothie every morning before school with strawberry, spinach (you can put in a lot! don't really taste it), yoghurt, milk and oats. It tastes AMAZING and actually helps, I seem to be loosing a lot of weight and gaining tone 🙂
