7. when i install ruu and run it 4 setupp is complete when screen flasing wait rebooting….. after 3 min its auto stop and saying your usb not connecting with pc i try 4-5 time is not working one more think my htcsync is not showing connection i have old and new version of htcsync but both are not connected my phone with my laptop i have htc wildfirea3333 aisa india

17. Hellou. I am trying to root my wildfire S with help of your video. But I have a problem. When the bootloader starts and it restart my phone to bootloader mode it disconects from my PC and when it connects back my windows pops up an errot that it cant read the device. any suggestions ?

18. Hey man, this video is mind blowing. Great job. Keep it up. I had purchased a HTC Salsa in 2011. And I want to root it. Its 2015 now; and can I use the same procedure whatever you explained in the video to root my Salsa as well?

23. my htc wildfire s asia india 2.26.720. Then i update with ruu 2.13.720 then it giving error 190 update it manually.
       then I skip this process get the token no & as well as unlock the bootloader and install the cmw recovery.img
        after that roboot in recovery mode to install the root.zip file then it stuck with welcome screen. What I do help me please

25. When I type in ''cmd'' fastboot oem get_identifier_token. I get the following :
    ''fastboot is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.  PLEASE HELP ! 🙂  Thank you in advance 🙂

26. Thank you very much…. very nice and clear instructions… worked like a charm.
    Suggestions: If your software version is 2.26.720.1… Skip step 1. i.e. start with unlocking bootloader step.
    If you are interested in installing Cyanogenmod 11 then you need to install new  Clockworkmod  recovery version v6.0.5.3 …. Make sure to make backup of stock ROM before flashing any new ROM.

29. Hi ash.. Hey do you have the stock rom for the HTC Wildfire S AsiaIndia..Could you please provide me the link to download it. Earlier I have rooted the phone without taking backup of rom and installed the stock rom for another region. So. now it is not letting me to update RUU. I have the OTA update for "OTA_Marvel_S_hTC_Asia_India_2.26.720.3-2.13.720.1_release_263152v8hr5d9defb4qxh7"..and also 2.13.720.1…could you please tell me how to flash these updates.

38. Thank you brah, my wildlife is rooted with your help… PS: since most of us have never ROM version, i recommend to SKIP RUU step because we dont need it… mine rom is 2.26.112.1 so i didnt had to do it.

39. follow all your details, unfortunately I get a 170 error when I try to link the phone and USB and select next @ the 4:38 of video. instead of getting the update button as described, I get the forementioned 170 error " ERROR [170]: USB CONNECTION ERROR……This ROM Update Utility can not connect to your Android device. Please check that your USB cable is connected properly between the PC and your android device…. yada yada yada blah blah blah

40. Finally !!! I have superuser on my phone And Thank you so so much.
