  17. Hey qbking77, thanks for the rooting video, it was simple and easy but left me with a few problems. After rooting i was able to turn on my hotspot and according to my phone it was working fine. However my computer was not able to see it and there was an error message on the application saying "setup ad hok-failed". I don't know how to fix this. Also, whenever i would download an app, my phone would freeze about 10 seconds after then reboot on its own, every time! I have since unrooted my phone.

  18. my build number IMM76I.FI22 WILL THIS ROOT WORK ON MY PHONE? I AM WITH BOOST AND ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE THIS PHONE IS RUNNING ON ICE CREAM SANDWICH… WOULD IT BE SAFE TO DO THIS ROOT?

  20. I can get a 2-3 month old galaxy s2 that is on sprint network,and wish to move it over to boost mobile,is that possible to do by rooting the phone,or what would I need to do to be able to move it over,or is it not possible??

    I went to your site and fund the s2 how to root. however, right in the begining you say click on a link to take you to sxtp-forum….. but i can't find any link to click to take me there to the developer sxtp. Sorry, i am blind i guess or just did not understand what you said.
    also, one i download the 4.1.2 version for my Sprint S2, will it earse everything? I would like to keep all my siles.apps,pics,txt msss,ect…

    Thanks for the correct root video. I'm following it, but I got to the Odin screen and did not get a yellow box. I switched cables and tried several different USB ports but still no luck. You said to re-down load drivers, but I'm not sure how or where to do this.

  27. I've watched both rooting & tethering videos. Both are great, but my problem is that my build number does not match any you have indicated. my model is SPH-D710 and build date is IMM761.F127. Is this a later build # or will rooting & tethering not work…?

  42. I'm on FF18 (ICS). I have a Galaxy Nexus VZW so that's about all I know. Any help on how to root the Epic 4G Touch on ICS Build # IMM76.FF18
