The concept of Valhalla is NOT Norse, it is a Christian concept of heaven/hell that was introduced by Christian missionaries to weaken people to be invaded. All of the major religions have a similar concept that oppressed people will be rewarded after they die if they obey their rulers. The Germanic peoples across Europe were successful in rejecting invasion for thousands of years because they did not have concepts like this, because their original Pagan beliefs supported the idea of 'live free or die', not 'live oppressed and be free after dying'.
This isn't a "Viking" movie. This is about a human brother and a human sister, Þjálfi and Röskva, who choose to serve the Gods of Asgard, more exactly Thor. This is based on the this comic: https://qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-46dd04fc44d327436306cb3acbb76c11.webp Those 2 children at the back of the wagon are the brother and sister. This movie shows how Röskva makes the Fenris wolf her friend.
At the end of the day the Vikings were filthy murdering bastards that hampered positive human evolution. No doubt, in some way, they are responsible for the shit we are in today.
I want the new GOW men xd

It went by too quick dammit!
Boi!!! Oops sorry wrong universe.
This isnt very historically accurate. I believe The Hulk already defeated Fenir. Um over a waterfall, duh….

Thor has ushered a lot of interest on Norse Myth. You can see it on TV, Video Games, and Movies.
