I was happy when Spidey grew up and started to see Captain Marvel. The girlfriend drama was finally over. Spidey had the ability to deliver the right pizza to anyone he knew. Carol appreciated that. In turn, Carol was not helpless like Mary Jane, and Spidey appreciated that.
This film was a great follow up to the emotional roller coaster that was endgame
