    if it is more than 60gb (my current phone data plan also 60 bucks a month) I think I will try get it

  4. I’m wondering is it wireless? Cause I live in Perth using same Wireless broadband from Optus 68$ 500G per month but the internet speed is terrible download 8Mbps and 3.72Mbps upload. I can’t even watch YouTube smoothly.

  8. What about in China. I have crazy fast internet with 398mbps (49.75MB/s). China must be somewhere at the bottom of the list. I have 500M bandwidth, and am about to upgrade to 1000M.

  10. Australia's 4G is actually one of the best in the world so 4G internet does actually make some sense here. I would use it however you can't get more than 500gb data 🙁

    I have used Vodafone 4G home internet with the same Huawei modem. Huawei modems are great but that one in your video is a SUPER basic CPE, with higher end Huawei CPE's you can get MUCH higher speeds. Optus now supply a slightly better and new Huawei modem.

  24. Yeah embarrassing!! It is unbelievable that the Aussie Government think the economy will remain competitive with the debacle that is the NBN. I live in Singapore these days and my internet is 400mbps up and down and this isn't even a premium service…

  25. im from a third world country and my internet is far much better whats up with Australian ISPs?
    the internet speeds are great but for people that like gaming if its not fiber connection the ping is gonna be an issue. when i do a speedtest on mine the ping is usually between 1 and 7 which gives better experience intitially i was on 4G and the ping in speedtest would be 25ms giving worse delay in online games

  29. I live in the USA in North Florida and in the country part we do not have hot speed internet I have to use my phones hotspot there are many parts of America where we don't get high speed in the rural areas

  37. I was in Canada and their download speeds were 1gbps and later on I stayed in the US and their download speeds were hovering 300mbps. Now these two countries have gotten their internet down pat. And then I came back home to Australia geeeeez talk about this country pissing up 50 billion aussie dollars and wasting it away because this government is being governed by old men and women who have no idea the NBN could have been the leading technology from other countries. This country is so backwards in so many ways hahaha. We are definitely the laughing stock in other advanced countries.

Didn't you think to get the 200 a month ultimate plan that telstra was offering even at my place in rural qld I can get about 150mbs down 40mbs up on a good day a bad day I get 15 down 40 up in town 20 mins away I get fairly consistent speeds of 80 and on wards to 200mbs down and 80 up in Brisbane what ever the Max network speed of telstra 4glte on xperia xz2 is what I can get but now that they don't offer it any more I can't see myself staying with them at the end of my contract

  44. I lived in a new apartment complex in Melbourne like 2-3 years ago. The Internet speed was 200mbps download and 200mbps upload which is very impressive.

  47. Im in Melbourne aswell and have fibre to the house. I get 10mbps download and 20mbps upload.
    Always uploads better.
    Alot of the time I only get 1-3 mbps download.
    Its an absolute joke.
