1. For me a disappointing se… Old iPhone 8 design, lcd screen, 5w charger, tiny screen, no portrait other than a face, in the UK a 128gb version with the 18w charger which is extra costs £499 or about 614 dollars. You got to be kidding. Roll on the pixel 4a, better oled screen, bigger screen, great camera with portrait on anything not just face's, 18w charging etc etc oh and it will probably be cheaper.

2. There are a few features I would have liked to see in this new SE, but it would not have been a $400 phone. I'm on the fence because of the size. My SE is running fine. I'm trying to wait until the iPhone 12 as I would like a larger screen. A current rumor is that it will be smaller then the 11Pro but bigger than the SE 2020.

   Had it not be for current events, I would have been at an Apple B&M to try the SE out. I didn't bother with the 11Pro, as even that was bigger than I want. Overall this new SE is a terrific value.

5. I am a long time iPhone user. Upgrading to all the models along the way till I hit the original SE. I had no desire to upgrade to the higher numbered phones because the phones were starting to grow in size and expensive features. I have waited patiently for the new SEE and it looks like a winner. Lots of power and memory. It still has the home button which I really like. My first version iPhone SE has served me well and I really look forward to the new iPhone which will complement my other Apple products. Good review…thanks.

10. Thumbs up! I am super bullish in apple in 2020… let's go baby!  Original iphone SE owner (x2 lol ) and this is the hardware I have been waiting for.  Not ideal by any means, but I am a budget customer, and this is my best choice!

13. nice review! and agreed — the original iPhone SE (my current phone) was and is the best iPhone ever designed. even Steve Jobs compared it to a Leica camera

14. I have the original SE. I really don't use my phone for a lot. it is a phone, and I get my email when I am out along with a GPS. I don't use it for much else

18. Finally a successor to the original iPhone SE! I love my SE's small size but its starting to get long in the tooth. Looks like I'll be upgrading my SE to the New SE even if the size a tad bit bigger

20. The fingerprint ID is way better than face ID! It's quite an iPhone for the money!

25. I think this will sell pretty good as long as regular people get the marketing! Sometimes you YouTube makers loose that fact sometimes!

27. Just preordered a black 64GB version. Upgrading from a hand-me-down iPhone 5s with a horrible battery (like 30 minutes from 100% charge to it dying even if completely idle). This will be my first brand new iPhone since the 3G came out. I haven't even tried iOS 13 yet. Oh, and getting ApplePay for the first time. I can't wait for delivery! 🙂

34. The thing is there is no reason to buy it. The only way is if you want to update from an older device, than it is great choice overall. This device fills the gap for those who wants iphone but cant justify the price. I still use my 6s as secondary and it is perfectly fine, unless I need camera or something more than just messages and calls. Even youtube app is slow af, comparing to my 11 pro

35. What the average consumer hears: A13 chip? Potato chips? 4K video? It can do videos? 4K video? But on a HD screen. ? Oh, the last one is what I hear. I'm just mad it looks like the 8 and not like the original SE. Round edges. ?

37. For the price point, it is a no brainier for those of us that have held back on upgrading for years because the phones were getting too big and or too expensive!????

41. Does Apple move the 11’s wide camera hardware to the new SE? Or is it the XR one in terms of hardware?

42. I want to buy my first iPhone. Should I buy SE 2nd + AirPods/Pro or 11 or wait for 12? 😀 SE does good enough photos for me, but screen size is better on 11. BUT I had Note 4 and for me it was big phone and iPhone 11 is almost same height. I know that 11 Pro is smaller, but it is over 1k. There should be smaller iPhone 12. I am not a heavy user, I do not have Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc. I like to take photos but I do not share them with the world I take them just for me or my family. I need the phone for GPS, calling, some web, videos and music.

43. Thanks for the review, glad to see we are on the same page. To me it's the most attractive smartphone available in the market, even if I'm an Android user since the beginning, this phone will make me switch to Apple world.
