Why change something that isn't broken? The home screen is fine as it is. The ONLY thing it needs is free movement a la Android so you can put icons where you want. Aside from that, the screen is fine.
I do like the list view on the Watch though, that's more intuitive. The bubbles are difficult when I can't remember which icon corresponds to which app, especially similar ones like Timer/Alarm/Stopwatch.
I want a Snoop Dogg voice
As a home screen, that look is 7 steps back, it works on the watch because there is a small screen… as a feature next to the homescreen, it could add something..

I hope the new home screen won’t look like that. It would be nice if they had it to where you can hide all your icons and just have the icons on your screen that you use all the time and you can just swipe up for the rest of the icons that you rarely use.
Apple user here, just switched over from android. While android had a lot of more features, the one I missed the most is being able to have video playing on the bottom (like YouTube) while being able to still do other things on your phone. iPhones are capable of doing this (stat wise) and I am not sure why they haven’t put this feature in. It’s absolutely annoying
I just dont understand why the home screen cant be sorted automatically. A-Z. I submitted a request for this to be an option months ago, maybe it will finally be a reality.
For how I use my iphone this is much adieu about nothing. Makes things more inconvenient than anything else.
they should make an option for the apps on the home screen to have “live tiles” that refresh and flip over when they get new information… that would be new and fresh!! jk
Home screen revamp looks ugly. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I would be happy having a different Siri voice.
A list. Seriously the home screen has been the same boring layout for years. Why cant we have more customization. I have waaay too many apps to use a list. It would not be convenient. Its like they dont care anymore
