6. Interesting. I built one like this but i made it vertical. The lead is caught in the trap. It enters a vertical pipe, where it then drops and falls out the bottom of the pipe and into my waiting bucket.
   Easy peasy

   From his own dry tumbler to bullet trap, all made himself way back when he was just an aspiring shooter with nothing but his guns and a dream. Shows just how much more Jerry put in beyond just "being first one on the range and last one to leave."

   Nice guy and I like the job he did on it but there's not just a 1.69 and his time….how much welding rod, oxy acetylene, grinding wheels, etc etc that would have cost money too
   When I do a job, I add up all of the important elements that went into the whole job instead of just eliminating the actuality which only downplays things.
   Just one example: my neighbor downplays everything just to make it like he's the number on bargain finder and now has one up on you… can't count the number of times he buys things at low cost but doesn't say how he drove over 3 hours in a truck that gets 12 miles to a gallon during the times gas was nearly 3.00 per gallon and keeping in mind how 12 miles to the gallon is when he's not pulling a trailer. So now add up the cost of gas money alone and then you know he could have bought the same thing here near us for the same price. His wife even rolls her eyes at him behind his back when he's telling all of us his hyped up bargain finds lol
   and no, I never said or implied this guy in the video is intentionally trying to downplay things here…like I said, think he's actually a nice guy :o)

16. Really good setup. Never seen one mobile like this. Dad made a bullet trap similar to this back in the 70s to catch our 30-06 rounds while everyone was sighting in at 100 and 200 yards prior to deer season. Angles were the key. Deflection into a catch box in the bottom placed below ground level was the kicker. Had one installed on his bosses hunting camp that he was a member of north of town. Seeing your design brings back a lot of memories. Dad managed a shipyard where his boss gave him free reign on projects like this with whatever materials he needed. They even let him design and build heavy duty skeet throwers for sport and practice for the long dove and duck seasons.
