  1. As far as 16/8 eating I usually break my fast at 6am then eat again around 3pm. So many people stay fasted all morning, is there a benefit to this? I love eating when I first wake up.

  2. As depressed as I feel about giving up butter I am going to give it a shot. I basically eat meat,eggs, ghee, butter and water but my ankles stay swollen so something is still bothering me. Will see if it's the dairy. If not then its probably the eggs. I'm definitely losing inches just still have inflammation.
