  2. The fact that we are still talking about ps5 with such little information is proof that what they're doing is working. Eventually we'll have to see everything, but the longer we wait, the more anxious we get, the more people talk about it.

  4. You got it all wrong, AAA games take 3 or more years to create. It's not that they haven't figured out how to, etc. It's all planned with a annual release dates. Consider it lucky for console manufacturers to release two or even three first-party exclusives in just one year.

  6. I'm way more excited about the PS5 especially are that meh showing of Xbox stuff Thursday. Plus with smart delivery (which Sony did forever ago with cross buy) I see no reason at all to move on from my Xbox One for quite some time.

  7. How are their no huge releases for PS4 this year? Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima (probably spelled that wrong) are still coming and Persona 5 Royal already happened which is pretty good for a year when new consoles are coming

  10. Just because Microsoft were sooooo early out of the gates with a kind of ooo ooo ooo look at our console, does not mean that Sony has to respond with theirs. They have a roadmap to release their new system let em get on with it and people should just remain patient.

  11. What should Sony do differently.
    Just show us the console. Not concept drawings. Not technical manuals. Just give us a look at the next gen console and let us go "I’m hyped"

  12. I see Scot is still j*rking Microsoft off while trying to teach Sony how to do business. It's not like PlayStation has been around for 25 years and is a household name everywhere except the USA and Newcastle apparently

  13. If they are a reactive company why haven't they revealed anything major yet? Are they admitting defeat? Or are they sitting in the background laughing a Microsoft because nothing they Microsoft revealed makes Sony want to reveal or scared they are losing this fight? I am hoping they have something like an ace in the hole that they feel is going to set this debate to bed.

  14. Sony have two major exclusives to end the generation. The last of us part 2 and ghosts of tushima. If they want to market those games and unveil the PS5 and market it out. Interest will go away from those exclusives.

  19. I would absolutely love to play Parasite Eve II through the PS5. Whether through my PS1 original disc or a comple rework of it as Resident Evil 3 and Final Fantasy 7 just received.

  20. Xbox aren't confident, they're desperate. Since they lost to PS4 PRETTY hard, they want this gen to be over as fast as possible by revealing things early so that they can hope for XSX to win, which is unlikely. And PlayStation aren't reluctant, they're playing it smart and keeping the hype going. Revealing things too early makes fans excited in the beginning but near the launch, not so much. Wherein, PlayStation are peppering some info to keep the hype going till the console launch.

  22. This is how Sony should reveal it 2 knockout Xbox & Nintendo with a perfect right uppercut.
    1. Tense an ambiguous trailer with event date.
    2. Reveal the PS5
    3. Show off all new features & third party entertainment apps at the end.
    4. Presenter says thank u then walks away 2 give all attention 2 reveal trailers that tense or show story trailer 4 Horizon Zero Dawn 2, Spider Man 2, God of War 2, Godfall, & a few unexpected surprises of new IP or squeals, prequels, spinoffs of games that no1 saw coming

  24. Every one needs to chill out with all this "where is sony" suff. If you think for a second, it makes perfect since. Sony is still in what is going to be one of if not it's best console generations ever. It makes sense that they are in no hurry to leave it. Let's not forget that they still have 2 potentially generation defining games left to launch. Why would they want to have people looking past those at next gen consoles? When those games are launched and have a chance to breath, they will start talking next gen. Why is Microsoft talking so much next gen you ask? Because this was their worst generation thus far. They cant move on fast enough. And im sure they are going to kill it next generation. But this one is a wash for them. So please Sony fan boys, stop complaining. You still have 2 exclusives to play that will atleast be very good if not great. While the xbox fan boys just have gears tactics and ori. Of course they are hype about next gen news. Becuase there aint nothing for xbox fans to play right now or until November.
