This a great product honestly – but the smart dns is always failing! Is very temperamental on both LG smart Tv and Sony TV. I am not sure why because every time I report it they have the same bulls**t generic response. Also fix your live chat so people can actually communicate with you – rather than having to use outdated emails and tickets as clearly you are not responding to these. Please fix the issues! I am a ghosty and proud to be but so many issues…..
