You both have done a fantastic job on updating your RV. It really looks nice and comfortable, as well as functional.
Check the class of the hitch and maybe look for markings on it. 2 inch receiver hitches aren't automatically 4k max, most are well above that. 4k would be one of the lowest possible ratings for a 2" which would be a rather odd choice for a diesel rv to leave the factory with. I'd be surprised if they didn't put a class 4 hitch on that thing from the factory.

I’m on my deck and parked on the street is a Lazy Daze older Class B, about the same year as yours. I looked to see, but it’s not you guys because there are no Solar Panels on the roof.
I’m not sure if it should be a safety concern, but your video shows the License Plate Number in it.

Hey Folks, Great job with the LD. My wife and I have a 2008 MB and we also tow a Jeep (Wrangler Sport.) I thought I would mention a system that I installed that has taken a lot of the guess work out of our rving. A tank monitoring system. With all of our rvs, we never had confidence in our tank reads. We have never regretted installing the SeeLevel monitoring system. https://www.garnetinstruments.com/rv-shop/ Since the sensors are external on the tanks the readings tell us exactly the level of what's inside. You may be aware of all of this but I thought I would mention just in case. Again, my wife and l really like the changes you have made to your home. Enjoy life. Bill and Linda
