    I got in touch with my sp and saw each other last Monday and he is still acting like before not seeing me or calling me….just not sure how to change it around to what I want a commitment relationship I want to be his gf but How do I get there…

  3. Omg this video IS IT!!! Nobody ever answered the question to me about WHY we have to affirm harder when doubts creep in – that it’s our reaction to the new stuff that we think and our brain just likes things that it knows and this way it sorta fights against anything new.     Like, let’s say you cleared most of that already.

    For example, I’ve spent these last 5 months transforming my energy toward what I’m creating so I don’t really feel much resistance.

    I’ve been affirming “Deja (last name) is constantly snap chatting me everyday” for the past 2 days, and I feel very neutral , very chill.

  5. What do you think about listening to your affirmations? Like recording your own voice and playing it over and over again. Is it as effective as affirming it in your mind? I’d rather affirm myself anyway
