Ur provider is only fast dns what u get, if u have low provider ur speed it will be low no matter what u doing. This guuys are only for money views but are history , best settings etc. NO exist best settings, if u have trash pc and internet ur games will be trash too. If u dont invest money u cant do nothing. For free in this days not exist.
