  8. Irresponsible – Let me say The Political Class of this Country at large do not understand Defense scenario and Bureaucracy has neither shown interest nor have that mind set (Mainly those I.A.S in-charge of affairs).
    Our Television(Media Houses);for example fed their viewers as if we have SU 30 MKI ,MIG 29's jet fighters et al ., in India and China have inferior planes as if oblivious of the fact of SU 35,ChengduJ-20, also known as Mighty Dragon and variety of indigenous production of jets and Beyond Visual Range Missiles like PL – 15 and their multi layered Air Sheild etc.

    Further,Tejas fighter jet production from HAL is at snail pace(very slow) and in today's scenario and in rapidly developing technological environment will not create the required operational effectiveness .Tejas (Light combat aircraft) Air frame was initially designed by Germans then indigenous Kaveri Jet Engine failed and all these(Tejas) made in India fighters will be powered by the General Electric GE F414-INS6 Engines of the US .
