  1. "You're hair ain't no longer than… *snap*" Jasmine is so wrong for that line! 🙂 But as a product of an HBCU I have seen the "dark skin/light skin", "Frat/no frat", "college/townie" battle up close and in person. School Daze indeed was a "Wake up"!

  3. Colorism is still a problem now as it was 3 decades ago…shame since there are soooooo many beautiful light skin and dark skin sistas (including some in this clip), you'd think and hope by now wouldn't hate on each other over shallow reasons 🙁
    Good acting and singing btw from all these ladies featured in this movie clip.
