I'm gen z and I can't agree more. the people of this generation are almost 100% royally fucked.the kids in my grade have posts of them crying over the thought of the ban all over social media… I myself wish I wasn't a gen z cause of all the generalization, but all generations have their stereotypes. also, if I sound like a hypocrite, I have been called an old soul many times, meaning I'm mature for my age. that that any of that matters but for real, we are fucked.

  32. How is truly taken this app for people to realised how bad social network apps are in terms of data and privacy security? LOL Dont use any of them just cos it doesnt to you it doesnt mean its good or we shouldnt warn and inform people… banning it though its dumb.

The reason tik tok is a security risk is because is us army personnel download the app then China can see what American soldiers are doing, where their location is, etc. this is especially troublesome is the person downloading the app has access to confidential info. All social media apps do this, however, apps like Twitter and Facebook are based in the us, so the concern that a competing government can see what the us government is doing is not there.
