I bought the Ethernet adapter and when I connected I was only getting 60-90 download speed. And I have 500/500. I get better speeds using WiFi and still get a lot of buffering

Great video. Been struggling to find why I'm only getting 15mbps download on my Firestick 4k which is 2 feet away from my Netgear router. I get 280mbps on my laptop which is easily 15 feet way. Tried all your suggestions as well as a few others I've found on the web from other great people like yourself, but no luck. Speed doesn't really change. This is annoying because I constantly buffer when running SportzTV IPTV app. Do you have any ideas as to what may be the problem??? IPVanish definitely slows my download speed. Tested that on another Firestick (older version) that has been reset to factory default and without IPV I get anywhere from 64 to 111mbps. With IPV, I only get 9 to 12mbps. That's pretty damning evidence that IPV is a terrible VPN , considering no other software has been loaded onto the Firestick other than Analiti speed test and IPV. Going to call IPV and ask for my money back asap.

Have a question. Downloaded the new Media Lounge from your store after uninstalling the old live lounge as suggested. When I open the new download Media Lounge Update pops up. I hit ok and install. It attempts to update and says App not installed. The package conflicts with an existing package by the same name. Any suggestions.
